Aer Lingus launches summer Nice-Cork service

Irish airline Aer Lingus is launching a direct Nice-Cork line for the summer 2026 season. 

Beginning on May 2, it will run twice per week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Flights are currently scheduled to end on September 30. 

Tickets begin at €70 one-way on the Irish flag carrier’s website, although can reach well above this on the busiest dates.

It is the second Aer Lingus flight to operate out of Nice, with a service to the Irish capital Dublin also offered. 

A new Cork-Santiago de Compostela (Spain) flight is also running from the Irish airport for the summer. 

“We are delighted to see… the addition of new Aer Lingus routes to Santiago de Compostela and Nice. With these services, passengers will have even more choice when travelling from Cork Airport this summer,” said Cork airport’s head of business and communications Tara Finn. 

It is the latest in a flurry of French-focused activity from the airline, which has recently announced new routes from Dublin to Montpellier and Brittany.
